This statement is provided to our personal customers in accordance with the requirements of the Hong Kong Personal Data(Privacy)Ordinance(the"Ordinance").The terms mentioned in this statement have the same meaning as those in the securities client agreement.

Disclosure obligation

Unless otherwise specified,customers must provide their personal information to Fuchang Financial Group Holdings and/or its affiliated companies in accordance with the requirements on the account opening form.If the customer does not provide such information,our company will not have sufficient information to open and manage an account for the customer.

Use of personal information

2.1 User

All personal information related to the client(whether provided by the client or by others,and whether such information is provided before or after the client receives the securities client agreement)may be used by any of the following companies or individuals(each a"user");

(i)Fuchang Financial Group Holdings and/or any of its affiliated companies(the"Group")

(ii)any director,officer,employee or agent of the Group;

(iii)Any person authorized by the Group to execute customer instructions and/or engage in Group business(such as lawyers,consultants,nominees,custodians,etc.);

(iv)any actual or proposed assignee of any rights and obligations related to the customer held by the Group;and

(v)Any government agency,regulatory agency,or other group or institution(whether required by laws or regulations applicable to any member of the group);

(vi)Any business agent.

2.2 Purpose

All personal information of the customer may be used by any user for the following purposes:;

(i)Implement verification and credit investigation procedures for new or existing customers,and assist other financial institutions in such work;

(ii)Continuous account management,including collecting outstanding debts,enforcing guarantees,mortgages,or other rights and interests;

(iii)Design new products and services to be provided to customers,or promote the group's products to customers;

(iv)Transfer such information to any location outside of Hong Kong;

(v)Comparing customer personal information for the following purposes(regardless of the purpose and source of collecting such information,and regardless of whether such information is collected from the user or any other person):(A)credit investigation;(B)Data verification;And/or(C)prepare or verify information for the purpose of taking any action deemed appropriate by the user or any other person(including actions that may be related to the rights,obligations or interests of the customer or any other person);

(vi)For the purposes specified in the terms of any other agreements and services related to the customer;

(vii)For any purpose related to compliance with any law,regulation,court judgment or any other regulatory authority's judgment;

(VIII)Investigate suspicious transactions;

(ix)Any purpose related to executing customer instructions or related to group business or transactions.

2.3 Use of Information for Direct Promotion

Our company may use and/or transfer customer information to contact persons for direct marketing purposes,and we must obtain customer consent for this purpose(including customer's non objection).Therefore,please note the following two points:

(i)The customer's name,contact details,investment portfolio information,trading mode,and financial background can be used to directly promote the Group's investments and related financial products and services;and

(ii)If the customer does not wish for the company to use and/or transfer personal information for direct marketing,the customer may exercise their right not to agree to this arrangement.

The right to review and revise

According to the regulations,customers have the right to access and modify their personal information.Generally speaking(except for certain exemptions),rights;

(i)Inquire whether Fuchang Financial Group Holdings and/or its affiliated companies hold personal information related to customers;

(ii)Within a reasonable time,customers may access their personal information;The company will respond to customers in a reasonable and clear format,but will charge a reasonable fee.

(iii)Request correction of the customer's personal information;and

(iv)If the customer's request to access or modify personal information is refused,the customer has the right to request an explanation of the reasons for the refusal and object to any such refusal.
